Andrian Kreye is Editor-at-Large at Süddeutsche Zeitung and the author of numerous books and films. Before he returned to his hometown Munich he was based in New York. As a correspondent in the U.S. he followed digital life’s rise from a subculture in the 1980s to becoming a political and social game changer.

Anna Kopp is Director IT at Microsoft Germany and has been with the company since 2004. Originally from Sweden, she studied International Communication at the University of Stockholm and has won a number of technology and industry awards.

Artur Gruca is Chief Digital & Operating Officer of HypoVereinsbank. His responsibilities includes driving the bank’s digital transformation, creating a seamless customer and employee experience, as well as cyber and corporate security.

Benedikt Franke is Vice-Chairman and CEO of the Munich Security Conference. Previously he worked as Special Assistant for the former Secretary-General of the United Nations and Nobel Laureate, Kofi Annan. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge.

Bernhard Kowatsch is the Head of the UN World Food Programme Innovation Accelerator, which he created in 2015. His previous experience includes creating WFP’s Business Innovation Unit and working at the Boston Consulting Group.

Björn Hovstadius is an assistant director at RISE AI, the AI Initiative of the Research Institutes of Sweden, in Stockholm. In addition, he is a board member of the EU organization Big Data Value Association (BDVA).

Björn Ommer is a full professor at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. He heads the Computer Vision and Learning Research Group which developed the AI model Stable Diffusion. Previously a professor Heidelberg University, Ommer received his diploma in computer science from University of Bonn and his PhD from ETH Zurich.

Christian Teichmann joined Burda in 2015 and is CEO and Managing Director of Burda Principal Investments. Previously he was a Partner at Solon Management Consulting. He holds degrees in economics from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid and ESB Reutlingen and is a Harvard Business School alumn.
