True innovation means taking a systems approach to innovation, she argues, and seeing all human activity in the context of planetary ecosystems.
“We have to stop thinking about us being separate but really think about the connectivity and the partaking”, Göpel demands.
The questions guiding our actions should be: “Who do we want to be? What is the world that we want to live in? Who do we want to be in that world? And who do we want to be on the way in that future?”
