Sebastian-Justus Schmidt was a software entrepreneur for 30 years before he founded Enapter. The company has developed patented AEM electrolysers that turn renewable electricity into green hydrogen, a technology that was awarded the Earthshot prize of the Royal Foundation in 2021.

A Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, Solveigh Hieronimus co-leads the the McKinsey Center for Government and predominantly serves clients in the public sector on a broad range of issues covering sustainability, education, employment, public health, and public finance.

Stefan Kahl is the Lead for BirdNET Technology within the K. Lisa Yang Center for Conservation Bioacoustics at Cornell University. With a background in computer vision and deep learning, his main focus is on developing new methods to process large data collections of environmental sounds.

An accomplished leader, Steffi Czerny has repeatedly been ranked amongst the 100 Most Influential Women in German Business by Manager Magazin as well as the daily business paper Handelsblatt.

Vishaal Shah is Growth Director at envoPAP, a sustainable materials company based in London. He is also an Angel investor and Impact Entrepreneur with a focus on building businesses that produce a positive outcome for humanity and the environment. Shah has led multiple businesses across the U.K., South East Asia and Sub Saharan Africa.

As CEO of NOW Partners, Walter Link supports international companies and regions like the Amazon to transition towards Regenerative Value Creation which integrates economic success with the regeneration of people and nature. He is also the President of the Future Economy Forum.

Dr. Joseph (Yossi) Vardi is a co-chairman of DLD. With 40 years experience in building over 60 high-tech companies, he is one of Israel’s early entrepreneurs. Yossi co-pioneered instant messaging as the founding investor and the former Chairman of Mirabilis Ltd., creator of ICQ, later acquired by AOL.
