Serviceplan Group CEO Florian Haller shares his optimistic outlook for 2025, arguing that Germany is poised for a political and economic restart. Haller dives deep into how Serviceplan is leveraging AI to reshape marketing through its Agentic Services ecosystem, highlighting its capabilities in strategic planning, creative asset generation, and campaign optimization.
“Let me give you one example of how rapidly this creative potential of AI is evolving”, Haller says. Back in 2023, when Serviceplan started to experiment with generative AI, “it created awkward pictures of people with three, four and seven fingers”, he recalls. Just 18 months later, “we launched the first fully AI generated commercial spot for Christmas for Coca-Cola in the United States.”
That’s why Serviceplan does not see AI as a threat, Haller emphasizes. “We embrace AI as a superpower to reshape marketing and leap towards hyper-personalization and iterative learning throughout the entire marketing journey.”
Beyond technology, Haller stresses the importance of an open and innovative mindset.
