The newest hit in the blockchain world are NFTs, short for “non-fungible tokens”. These cryptographic certificates are becoming especially valuable for artists, as Joe Lubin and Dan Heyman discuss in their DLD Summer session.
Lubin is a co-creator of the pioneering blockchain technology Ethereum and co-founder of ConsenSys. Heyman recently launched Palm, a startup dedicated to “building a new creative studio and NFT ecosystem on Ethereum that is both scalable and sustainable.”
Joseph Lubin is a co-founder of Ethereum and founder and CEO of ConsenSys, one of the world’s leading blockchain technology companies, to focus on building infrastructure, developer tools, and decentralized applications on the Ethereum platform. Prior to working on Ethereum, Lubin’s career focused on the intersection of cryptography, engineering, and finance.
Dan Heyman is a blockchain industry veteran with experience building and leading organizations through the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade blockchain protocols. Prior to co-founding Palm NFT Studio, Dan was the Co-Founder of PegaSys, which is now the Protocol Engineering division of ConsenSys.
