Jochen Engert is CEO and Founder of FlixMobility where he is responsible for the FlixBus Corporate Development & Strategy. Previously, he worked as a Strategy Consultant for Boston Consulting Group in Munich, Germany, where he met André Schwämmlein, his future FlixBus Co-Founder.

Philipp Gerbert is the General Managing Director of the TUM Venture Labs, a not-for-profit network of DeepTech and Life Sciences Labs providing domain-specific and cutting-edge methodological support for early-stage entrepreneurs and ventures.

Dr. Antonella Mei-Pochtler is an Advisory Board Member at TUM Venture Labs. A long-time Partner at business consultancy BCG, she is also engaged in various pro bono activities and she serves on the Boards of Teach for All.

Passionate about driving innovation and scalable start-ups in Europe, Stefan Drüssler is Managing Director and COO of UnternehmerTUM, the center for innovation & business creation of TU Munich. Previously he worked as strategy consultant for the Boston Consulting Group.

Professor Jennifer Rupp is the professor for electrochemical materials at TU Munich Germany, researching materials for next energy conversion and storage. She is also Co-Founder and CSO of Qkera, a battery material producer.
