Frontier technologies in healthcare can push the boundaries of precision medicine, Anita Puppe, Head of Healthcare, Life Sciences & Health Insurance at Parloa, shows in her fast-paced, engaging DLD Health talk.
AI‑driven voice agents, nanorobotics and stem-cell therapies can make healthcare more precise and patient‑centered, Puppe explains. Parloa’s chatbots, for example, are able to speak in 150 languages and even dialects, she says: “Imagine you’re a cancer patient, and every time you get a phone call, as a reminder [to] take your medication, and this agentic AI is saying your name, speaks your language, and has your accent.”
Nanorobots offer the possibility to minimize the impact of operations, Puppe explains. In cancer treatment, they could be injected “almost like a stent into your cardiovascular system, and the nanorobots, based on vision AI, can then find the more acidic and the tumorous cells.”
