Sara Marquart is a co-founder and CTO of Planet A Foods, where she contributes to sustainable and resource-efficient food production. She holds a Ph.D. in Food Science and firmly believes that science can solve pressing global challenges, particularly climate change. Previously, she served as Head of Flavor Research at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
