Ryan Archer, formerly Head of Operations for BayWa, is the Co-Founder and COO of Horizon Growers. With a mission to develop decarbonizing, high-tech indoor farms, Horizon Growers aims to create high-tech farms with low production costs and high sustainability impact. Previously, Archer oversaw the construction and operation of the UAE’s largest high-tech greenhouse facility in the Abu Dhabi desert.
