Renate Nikolay is Deputy Director-General at DG CONNECT, the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Communication Networks, Content and Technology. She oversees the enforcement of the digital rulebook for platforms (DCMA), the policies on digital connectivity, data and media, as well as international and inter-institutional relations.
