Mirko Holzer is Deputy Director AI & Robotics at SPRIND, Germany’s Federal Agency for Breakthrough Innovation. A computer scientist by training, he co-founded and scaled multiple tech companies before joining SPRIND in 2024. He is now focused on ensuring Europe doesn’t just consume frontier AI, but builds it.
