Dr. Matthias Voelkel is the Chief Executive Officer of Boerse Stuttgart Group, the sixth-largest exchange group in Europe. Previously, at McKinsey, he served as head of the global capital markets infrastructure and exchange practice. Dr. Voelkel studied at the University of Freiburg, the University of Oxford and the University of Heidelberg.
