Mark Read is one of the most prominent executives in the advertising industry. He served as CEO of WPP for seven years after holding multiple leadership positions at the company since joining in 1989. In 2024, Read was awarded a CBE for services to the creative industries. He has an economics degree from Trinity College, Cambridge, and an MBA from INSEAD.
