Julian Werner is a First Lieutenant at the Center for Intelligence and Security Studies (CISS) at the Bundeswehr University Munich. After joining the German Armed Forces, First Lieutenant Julian Werner served for several years in Parachute Regiment 26. In addition to strategy and military innovation, he is interested in tactics and modern warfare, particularly urban warfare.
