Jon Alexander is Co-Founder and Director of the New Citizenship Project, a British strategy and innovation consultancy. Driven by a desire to understand the societal impact of 3,000 commercial messages a day, he wrote the book CITIZENS: Why the Key to Fixing Everything is All of Us. Alexander is also a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University and the University of Manchester.
