Fabian Billing began his career as a consultant at McKinsey in 1999 in Düsseldorf and has been Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company’s Germany-Austria office since March 2021. Previously he headed McKinsey’s European and German Organization Practice, which covers topics such as Organizational and Operating Model Transformations, Enterprise Agility, Talent Management, Leadership, Change Management and Future of Work.
