German politician Dorothee Bär is a member of the national German parliament (Bundestag) in Berlin, affiliated with the Christian Social Union of Bavaria (CSU). She currently serves as the Deputy Chair of her party’s parliamentary group. From 2018 to 2021, Bär was Minister of State at the Federal Chancellery and Federal Government Commissioner for Digital Affairs.
