Clark Parsons
Innovate Europe Foundation
Clark Parsons is Managing Director of the Innovate Europe Foundation in Berlin, a think tank that promotes the interests of the European digital and tech economies. He also serves as is CEO of the European Startup Network. Born in the United States, Clark moved to Germany in 1998 where he co-founded the VoIP telephony company Vortel GmbH.
