Carsten Knop became one of the publishers of Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in April 2020. After studying business administration in Münster a traineeship at the F. A.Z. in 1993 led into the field of journalism. Knop moved to New York in 1999 as a business correspondent and later led the digital transformation of the newspaper.
