A goldsmith by training, Eike Bürgel holds a diploma in Sport Management from the University of Bayreuth.

Eva Simone Lihotzky is the founder of raidiant, a Munich-based advisory for responsible AI adoption. She works with European companies and boards on AI strategy, governance, and the trustworthy adoption of AI tools and agentic systems. Previously, she co-founded and led the Serviceplan AI Lab and served as its Managing Director.

Florian Kurz is a seasoned executive in the brand, media, sports and event industries. He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at ESB Marketing Netzwerk AG – the leading business platform for the sports, entertainment and marketing industries in the German-speaking markets, comprising a network with over 650 partners.

Irene Díez Ruiz is Head of Corporate Impact at Ecoalf, the pioneering Spanish sustainable fashion brand. She has led sustainability projects across the private sector, public administration, and the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining Ecoalf, she managed the European NextGenerationEU funds for Circular Economy at Spain’s Ministry for the Ecological Transition.

Jasmin Gaertner brings together two perspectives that rarely meet: the world of technology and entrepreneurship, and the mindset of competitive sport. As a Director at EY Parthenon, she advises entrepreneurs, technology companies and investors on M&A transactions and financing, working closely with the people building, growing and investing in businesses.
