Niclas-Alexander Mauss is co-founder of Circular Republic at UnternehmerTUM. While working on his doctorate he initiated CirculaTUM as now largest circular economy research hub in Germany, embedding circularity as a major strategic pillar of the university.

Nicola Rodewald is the Director for Nature-based Solutions at goodcarbon, a global platform for nature-based carbon projects. She previously worked for McKinsey & Company, the United Nations, and established two NGOs for social impact and education on the climate and biodiversity crises.

Nikola Baumschlager is the Venture Consultant for Food & AgriTech startups at UnternehmerTUM and the EIT Food Accelerator Programme Lead in Germany. She has dedicated her academic and professional career to meat alternatives and future-proof agriculture as she believes that changing our food system is crucial to combating the climate crisis.

Dr. Robin Freeman is head of the Indicators and Assessments Unit at the Institute of Zoology of the Zoological Society of London. His unit focuses on quantifying the status and trends of global biodiversity and understanding how threats and drivers influence those trends.

Roman Werner is Managing Director of the TUM Venture Lab Food-Agro-Biotech (FAB), a university start-up center, where he oversees a wide variety of projects and ventures. Werner’s main research area is process engineering in the beverage and food industry. Other research areas include novel sensor technologies as well as digitization concepts that drive the transformation of the food industry in the age of digitization.

An experienced art historian and curator, Sabine Hansky is the Program Director of Munich Urban Colab, which aims to develop sustainable solutions for the city of the future. Previously, she worked in leading positions at the interface of culture, science and business, including at the Deutsches Museum and Herzog & de Meuron.

Sandrine Dixson-Declève is the Co-President of the Club of Rome and divides her time between lecturing, facilitating change in business and policy models and advisory work.
