As Head of Sustainability & Environment at Deutsche Bahn AG, Katrin Habenschaden is responsible for the company’s green transformation. Her focus lies on achieving climate neutrality by 2040 and advancing issues like biodiversity and the circular economy. Before joining Germany’s largest mobility company, Katrin Habenschaden served as the mayor of Munich.

Jan Haft is founder and CEO of nautilusfilm, a film production company specializing in nature documentaries. Haft has written and directed more than 70 wildlife documentaries, winning more than 250 awards. He is a member of the board of the Heinz Sielmann Foundation and member of the board of trustees of the Deutsche Naturfilmstiftung.

An experienced art historian and curator, Sabine Hansky is the Program Director of Munich Urban Colab, which aims to develop sustainable solutions for the city of the future. Previously, she worked in leading positions at the interface of culture, science and business, including at the Deutsches Museum and Herzog & de Meuron.

Christoph Heinrich is Executive Director of the Ecologic Institute, an independent, academic think tank for environmental research and policy analysis. Previously, he worked on the board of WWF Germany for 19 years, including as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 2022 to 2023.

A Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company, Solveigh Hieronimus co-leads the the McKinsey Center for Government and predominantly serves clients in the public sector on a broad range of issues covering sustainability, education, employment, public health, and public finance.

Linda Hinz is Director of FOCUS Online Earth, a journalistic brand that reports on essential questions of nature preservation and the climate crisis. Previously, she created News to be Good, a project of Burda Forward, and was deputy Editor-in-Chief of Focus Online, one of Germany’s largest online news portals.

Korbinian Kantenwein is the founder of Nature Wealth, a foundation dedicated to driving targeted investments in nature’s most valuable areas to preserve biodiversity and protect the climate. With a background in renewable energy law, financial and legal innovation and impact investing, Kantenwein’s focus is on developing strategies that link biodiversity protection with economic incentives.
