Barbara Bachus is Co-Founder & COO of ExoMatter, a materials science startup that leverages AI and data-mining to speed up R&D. The ExoMatter platform helps companies like Airbus, Audi and BSH reduce their materials development CO₂ footprint by up to 80%. Bachus studied economics and chemistry at the Technical University of Munich.

As CEO of Octopus Energy Germany, Bastian Gierull has given himself the mission to revolutionize the German energy market by bringing greener, fairer, and more affordable energy to all. He has been with Octopus Energy since its German market entry in 2020.

Benedikt Franke is Vice-Chairman and CEO of the Munich Security Conference. Previously he worked as Special Assistant for the former Secretary-General of the United Nations and Nobel Laureate, Kofi Annan. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge.

Benjamin Subei is a Partner & Associate Director with the Boston Consulting Group in Düsseldorf, Germany. He is a member of the Industrial Goods practice, specializing in agribusiness and the food value chain. He coordinates the firm’s climate and sustainability work in agriculture and has a passion for regenerative agriculture.

Acclaimed conservation expert Christof Schenck is Executive Director of the Frankfurt Zoological Society. He is also Managing Director of the Frankfurt Conservation Center, a new initiative to leverage synergies with partners from science, business, society and politics for biodiversity conservation.

Christoph Heinrich is Executive Director of the Ecologic Institute, an independent, academic think tank for environmental research and policy analysis. Previously, he worked on the board of WWF Germany for 19 years, including as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) from 2022 to 2023.

David Diallo is Co-Founder and CEO of goodcarbon, a global platform for high-quality, nature-based carbon projects that support companies in achieving their climate and nature goals. A passionate entrepreneur, he previously founded successful start-ups such as epubli. He is also Founding Partner of Good Impact Ventures.

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Hula Earth, David Schmider leads the company’s efforts to make nature investments feasible and trustworthy through enhanced transparency. His role focuses on developing innovative solutions that connect technology and environmental conservation.
