Prof. Lisa Adams is a radiologist and Deputy Director at the Institute of Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology at TUM University Hospital Munich. Her work sits at the intersection of oncology medical imaging and AI. In her research, Prof. Adams develops foundation models that connect imaging with pathology lab values clinical notes and treatment outcomes.

Marion Bayer‑Schiller is a Member of the Executive Board of HypoVereinsbank, where she serves as Head of Large Corporates and is responsible for the international large corporate client business. With more than two decades of experience in banking, she brings extensive expertise in strategic business development, corporate finance, and capital markets.

Matthias H. Tschöp is President of the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich (LMU) and an internationally renowned physician-scientist and academic leader. For more than three decades, he has combined biomedical discovery, drug development, translational medicine, and large-scale scientific leadership.

Prof. Matthias Hebrok is Director of the TUM Center for Organoid Systems. With his team, he conducts research on cell therapy in diabetes and is developing organoid models to investigate new therapies for pancreatic cancer.. Before joining TUM, he was a professor at the University of California, San Francisco, where he directed the Diabetes Center.

Mervi Siltanen is the Acting Director of the Finnish Social and Health Data Permit Authority, Findata, which grants permits and enables access to social and health data for secondary use. Previously, from 2019 to 2025, she served as the Head of Data Services at Findata, where she led a team of senior experts.

As CEO of the Bavarian AI Agency, Michael Klimke leads BAIOSPHERE, Bavaria’s AI ecosystem, connecting science, industry and government, positioning it as a European lighthouse for responsible and sovereign AI. Previously, he was Managing Director of the Department of Aerospace and Geodesy at the Technical University of Munich, and served as Managing Director of the TUM Graduate School.

Paralzyed after a serious motorcycle accident, Michael “Michi” Mehringer is the first person in Europe with tetraplegia to have a brain-computer interface implanted using microelectrodes. He is part of a unique research project at the TUM Klinikum Rechts der Isar and the Technical University of Munich. Michi is now able to control a computer cursor using only his thoughts.
